If you’re a spec fic fan in the Greater Toronto Area, you should check out ChiSeries Toronto! This Toronto reading series is affiliated with ChiZine Publications (motto: “Embrace the odd”. What’s not to like?) and takes place on the third Wednesday of every month.
And this month, one of the readers is me! October’s other featured writers are Dominik Parisien and Mike Sauve, and there will also be music by Kari Maaren. See here for all the details!
We’ll be celebrating the launch of THE MIDNIGHT QUEEN at the North York Central Library in Toronto on Sunday 7 September from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. (with a reading at about 3:00). There will be snacks! And balloons!! And possibly (you never know) singing!
The NY Central Library is on Yonge Street between Sheppard and Finch, right beside Mel Lastman Square. There’s pay parking behind the building, or better yet, come by TTC to North York Centre station.
I’d love to see you there
I hope you’ll join me and the lovely people of Bakka Phoenix Books on the afternoon of Sunday, September 7, for the launch of THE MIDNIGHT QUEEN! There will be snacks, balloons, and, oh yes, BOOKS!
Stay tuned for location and time!
